Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For larger events or peak season (holidays, graduation season), 6-8 weeks is advisable to secure your preferred date.
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Yes! While our packages include decorations, you're welcome to bring additional personal touches. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary needs?
A: Absolutely! We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options by request. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, and our team will be happy to accommodate.
Q: What is your maximum capacity?
A: Our indoor space comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests. Our outdor garden area can host up to 70 guests. Combined spaces can welcome up to 140 guests.
Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?
A: Yes, we allow BYOB for adult events with prior arrangement.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: We offer full refunds for cancellations made 14+ days before your event. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance.
